* 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (If applicable).
* Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is covered by VALORIA.
Once your return is authorised, return instructions and a shipping label will be provided by email.
* Approval & Instructions
After submitting your return request by email:
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for approval.
- Once approved, the return label will be sent to you by email.
⚠️ Important:
Once the return label has been issued, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item.
After this period, the label will expire due to the carrier system, and we will no longer be able to accept the return.
* Packing Requirements
All returned items must be:
- In original packaging (If applicable)
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

If our inspection finds that an item has been used or damaged and is not suitable for resale! We may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

To exchange an item:

- Once accepted, place a new order using the voucher we provided.
* Refunds
